Returns

We offer a 30-day return window. That means you have 30 days after you receive your order to request a return.

What qualifies

• Item in the same condition you received it
• Unopened and unused
• In the original packaging where practical
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

How to start a return

Contact us before you ship anything back — WhatsApp, email info@safesupply.ae, or the contact page. Tell us your order number and what you want to return. If the return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items returned without a prior request may not be accepted.

Damage or wrong item

Check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us straight away with photos so we can fix it.

Exchanges

Returning the item you received and placing a new order for the product you want is usually the fastest path. Once your return is accepted, you can order the replacement separately.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Bank or card processing can take additional business days after we issue the refund.
